| An Exhibit of Field Sketches & Studio Paintings by Wildlife Artist Alison Nicholls, at Audubon Greenwich, CT. |
Hello! |
| Please join me in December for my exhibition, From Sketch to Studio, at Audubon Greenwich (Greenwich, CT) in which I will be showing my field sketches and original studio paintings, both African and North American. My pencil and watercolor sketches will include antelope in Namibia and wolves in Yellowstone, while my studio paintings will include original watercolors and my newer acrylic ink works. I hope you will join me for the Opening Reception on December 3rd between 1-4pm. At 2pm I will give a 30-minute talk about field sketching, studio painting and my work with African conservation projects. Admission is free. 15% of painting and sketch sales will benefit Audubon Greenwich and 15% will benefit various African and North American conservation projects. The exhibit will be held at Audubon Greenwich, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich, CT 06831, and will run from December 2nd - 31st, 2011. Audubon Greenwich is open Monday - Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm, and Sunday: noon - 5 pm. Please check for holiday hours (203-869-5272). If you have friends with an interest in wildlife, Africa or art, please bring them along. Thank you! I hope to see you on December 3rd for Art and a little Holiday cheer! Until next time... Alison |
